Interesting landscape and art work.
Arrived at night. Difficult to find my room in an outlying building. Did not feel completely safe due to distance to walk in the dark.

A bit dated. Had days of grandeur. Room clean. Not frills. Lobby, walkways and dining room lovely, beautiful art and desert landscaping.

It was beautiful! The off-season price was amazing!

The staff was helpful, the food was delicious, the room was great! We were in Southern Arizona in the summer, so we stayed indoors, but it was a terrific stop on our vacation!

The staff was super. Nice quiet hotel outside of town.
Wished there was a flat screen HDTV.

The staff was exceptional from check in to check out. We liked being outside of town, nice and quiet by the golf course. Views from the balcony of our tower room were great. The bar was cozy and had full menu service. We would go back. ...read more

Hotel located away from Casa Grande, which was wonderful, enjoyed the balcony and the expansive golf course.
Nothing I did not like.

Found this hotel by chance. I will stay every year when I'm in Casa Grande. I was in the towers which I really enjoyed. At night the sky was so clear. I am not a golfer, but an going to learn just so I can use the course. The staff was helpful and made me feel as though I'd been a guest at this hotel many times before. ...read more

Quiet- out of the main line of traffic.
We stayed in the old section - bathroom decor dated - no vanity in bathroom.

Reception area and tower were very nice - grounds maintained well and very attractive. Restaurant was very nice and priced reasonably for breakfast with hotel discount coupon.

Not your average homogenized Marriott property.
The bathroom was a little dingy.

The restaurant is excellent and not too pricey. Its quite out of the way so if you are looking for a quite unique place this might be it. If you are looking for a Courtyard level facility, you should probably look elsewhere ...read more

The restaurant and bar were close. Food was great!
Not a lot of lighting outside and the room was small.

Our room was small but had all the amenities that it said it would. We didn't but maybe we should have. The bathroom was very small but the shower was big! There was only 1 set of towels. We asked for more and they sent us some pretty quickly. It wasn't a bad experience but not sure if I would recommend the hotel to anyone else. ...read more

Cool history and nice decor in public areas.
Towels in pool area and hot tub shut down.

Comfortable, but slightly dated rooms except bathrooms, which are nicely remodeled. Interesting baseball bat-shaped pool and photos in golf pro shop detailing history of hotel as a baseball spring training facility. ...read more

Very friendly staff, good restaurant, affordable food for a golf course.
Birds are very loud especially at 4:00 in the morning, was the worst nights of sleep during our travels in southern arizona.

The pool and hot tub was very dirty, it may have had to do with the wind they had. We stayed for 2 nights and at 4:00 am each morning we were rudely waken by the sound of very loud birds outside our room. The walls are paper thin you can hear a full conversation in the next room, and also why the birds are so loud. We will never stay at this motel. ...read more
